Cybersecurity Training: Frequently Asked Questions
To comply with our insurance policy, all employees (including substitutes and bus drivers) must complete periodic cybersecurity training.
How will I know I have training due?
You will receive automated reminder emails approximately one week before a module is due.

How do I access the training?
There are two easy ways to log in. Note: You do not need a separate password.
Option 1 (The "Waffle"): Click the Google Apps Menu (the 9-dot icon) in the top right of your email and select the Security Training icon. Look for the BCSD 2025-2026 Learning Path.
Option 2 (Direct Link): Go to boone.litmos.com.
IMPORTANT: Do not enter your username and password on the login screen. Instead, click the SSO Button at the bottom to sign in automatically with your Google account.
A Note on Security
As AI makes phishing attempts more sophisticated and harder to spot, please remain diligent with all communications (email, text, or phone).
When in doubt, reach out. If an email looks suspicious—even if it claims to be from the district—please ask the Helpdesk before clicking any links or providing information.
