Make sure the speaker that you want sound coming through is the selected device in the audio settings pop up menu.
Plug in headphones if you're using them.
Click on the lower right area of the screen where the time is displayed. A settings popup should appear.
Click on the arrow next to the volume bar to show a list of audio devices.
From there, you can select which one is the active one.
